This conversation with Kate was so eye-opening, how this bubbly lady had overcome such adversity.

 

Kate’s Bio:

Kate’s a solo parent to her beautiful Prince Harry.

Her mission is to connect and Impact as many Mums as she possibly can across the world ? giving them the opportunity to create an income on line with support, friendship and an incredible Community.

She found herself stuck being a single Mum trying to make an income with no support, no family , and no way was Kate leaving her 11 month old son for 12 hours a day , She needed to open her mind to what else could she possibly create .

It’s taken her 12 months to build a team of over 1000 women across Australia and the UK with pure determination, drive , and education.  Kate took on a social media coach who gave her a very special set of skills that has enabled her to connect with other women with a really simple training program.

Kate have fallen in love with the Industry, and making others successful has been the best gift she can give. She is going to be stepping into her greatness more.

Being asked by Tracey to be one of her guest speakers ? in November has been a true honour and she hope to connect with as many of you as possible ???

Talking Ethics with Alejandra

Such a great conversation and went longer than usual but well worth it because Alejandra gave so many nuggets.

Alejandra Bio:  She grew up in a middle-class family back in Colombia. Her dad was in the military and her mom was a stay at home mom. The number one lesson her mom taught was her to find a way to become an independent and self-sufficient woman.

Because when you’re independent, you make your own way; you make things happen for yourself.

And so, that’s what  Alejandra did.

  • Went for a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, because she loved what the career was about focusing on processes and finding ways to improve them.  She moved overseas after finishing her bachelor’s degree because it had been her dream since she can remember.
  • Managed to work for some of the most well-known companies around the world, helping them improve efficiency through business process improvement.
  • She had 2 beautiful girls – motherhood is by far the most challenging but at the same time rewarding experience of her life.

But even though everything was going “well” for the people around her, she started to feel a fierce desire to do more in life, to go after the things that she wasn’t courageous enough to go after before.

And you know why?

Because as you, she had a vague idea of how she wanted her life to be – personal and professional wise – and she realised that some the areas in her life weren’t matching what it’s called, her blueprint.

She always wanted to be healthy and fit, because that’s the way she had imagined it, plus health is one of her core values.

She wanted to have more time with her family, because family is her number one priority.

She wanted to have she own business, because it had always been a dream of hers.

But, when you don’t even know where to start, how to make it happen, or even worse, you don’t even know what it’s you want to accomplish, you simply stop trying.

And that’s what her mission is all about. Alejandra has a burning desire to empower more driven women, just like you, to be fearless and courageous, to take full responsibility in order to move forward, so you can start taking action and living a more fulfilling life.

Because if you want to accomplish greater things in life, she wants you to do it too!
