Talking Ethics with Joel

Joel is based in USA and we are in Australia. Time differences never stopped us having an amazing conversation.  He is such a giver to others.

Joel’s Bio:

Joel W. Hawbaker, a Real Life Leader: husband, father, award-winning high school teacher and soccer coach in Alabama. Joel is divorced and remarried: after going through divorce, bankruptcy, and foreclosure in his 20s, he remarried early in his 30s and has been remarried for over 4 years. He and his wife, along with his ex-wife and her husband, all work together to raise their two daughters.

Joel gladly admits that he sees a lot of himself in his dog Bruiser: a lot to handle, often overbearing, but working to improve and be better for the family that loves him.
